Ryan Ogilvy

Ryan attended UNCSA and Parsons School of Design before receiving his BFA from Pratt Institute. After teaching art for over a decade in settings ranging from preschool to community college, he went back to school to pursue a career the field of Occupational Therapy.

Since 2018, he’s used skate-based activities in his treatment sessions and leads an adaptive skateboarding class for Chapel Hill Parks and Rec in addition to the skate classes he has been teaching for them since 2006. Ryan is also an advisor to the Skate Club at UNC and still enjoys working on his various art projects every day.
